Do everyday and gloves skin 
1.Bhujangasana or Cobra Pose


             Cobra pose opens your chest and reduces stress and fatigue in your body.  This will help you get an extra supply of oxygen so you can get rid of the toxins that have accumulated in your body rejuvenating your skin.

Bhujangasana Step-by-Step

You can have your feet together, or hip width apart. Keep the tops of your feet pressing against the floor. Place your hands underneath your shoulders, keeping your elbows close to your body. Draw your shoulder blades back and down, and try to maintain this throughout the pose.

2.Matsyasana or fish pose 


         It strains your facial and neck muscles, causing a lot of tension.  It makes your skin glow better, it strengthens and smoothes your skin.  It also normalizes the function of the thyroid, pineal and pituitary glands and normalizes hormones;  So the skin condition glows.

Matsyasana step by step 

How to do a fish pose:
  Lie on your back.  Bring your legs together and sleep comfortably with your body
  Then place the hands under the buttocks, facing down with the palms.  Bring the corners closer together.
  Breathe in and out on the head and chest.
  Keeping the chest height, pull the head back and touch the top of the head to the floor.
   With the head lightly touching the floor, press the elbows firmly to the ground, keeping the weight on the elbows and not on the head.  Lift your chest up through the middle of the shoulder blade.  Press the thighs and legs to the floor.
  Keep the pose as long as you can comfortably, taking the hurdle.

3. Ustrasana (Camel Pose)


            This pose requires a sharp bend.  This opens up your rib cage, increasing the capacity of the lungs and allowing you to breathe more oxygen.  Having the head down, increases blood circulation to your brain, which means that the sensory organs are stimulated and activated which helps in hair loss.  This pose also helps reduce stress by balancing the hormones in your body.

Ustrasana step by step 

Stand on your knees.  Keep the thighs completely straight. Keep the knees and legs together.  But if one finds it more comfortable to keep a little distance between them, they will do so.Leaning backwards.  Slowly move more backwards.  Heel the right heel with the right hand and the left heel with the left hand.  Avoid stress on the body.Press the hips forward.  Thighs should be kept upright.Then bend the head and spine gently back and forth as long as possible.Relax the body and back muscles.
Legs and arms support equal body weight.
Place the arms in such a way that they anchor the shoulders to maintain the back arch. Stay in the same position as long as you feel comfortable. Then release the hand from the heel one by one and return to the starting position.  Relax and take a deep breath.

4.Trikonasana (showing triangle)


             This pose provides balance to the mind and body and guarantees stability in your limbs.  This provides your chest, lungs and heart with more oxygen which is a wonderful way to refresh.  Repeat this pose on both sides to get radiant beautiful skin.

Trikonasan step by step 

  Stand up straight.  Divide your legs comfortably wide.Change your right leg 90 degrees and your left leg 15 degrees. Now align the center of your right heel with the center of the arch of your left foot. Make sure your feet are putting pressure on the ground and that your body weight is equally balanced on both feet.Take a deep breath and as soon as you exhale, bend your body to the right, bending down from the waist, keeping the waist straight, letting your left hand down in the air, while your right hand is coming down towards the floor.  Keep both hands in a straight line.Rest your right hand on your lean, ankle or ankle
